Ingredients
  • Ice water/ Normal water - 1litre
  • Green Apple thinly sliced - 1
  • Mint leaves - handful
  • Lemon juice - 1
Instructions
  1. Fill a large jug with the water.
  2. Thinly slice the green apple. The more thinly you slice them the more surface area there is to release flavour into the water.Add the slices to the water.
  3. Remove the mint leaves from their stems and slightly crush or twist them to help them release their flavour. Add them to the water. Add lemon juice to the water.
  4. Let chill and steep in the refrigerator overnight.
  5. Enjoy.

Add mint to the water.

MIX all.

Keep in fridge overnight.

Serve chill.
