I love this Carrot Cupcake recipe because it's so easy to make. No mixer is required. The time consuming part is the grating of the fresh carrots. Poongar Rice – The Women’s Rice   Poongar rice also called as ‘Poongar arisi’ is one of traditional rice variety of  Tamilnadu, which uses natural farming methods (no use of any harmful chemical fertilizers and pesticides).
