I love this Carrot Cupcake recipe because it's so easy to make. No mixer is required. The time consuming part is the grating of the fresh carrots. I have included applesauce in the cupcake batter which, along with the oil, makes these cupcakes so moist. But, if you like, you could use an equal amount of grated apple or even crushed pineapple. Cucumber and Orange Detox Smoothie(Green Tea Extract) I’ve been taking cucumbers for granted as the boring, flavorless vegetable . That is, until recently when I rediscovered their impressive health benefits. They’re also a secret weapon for nails and hair,  which helps them grow strong and shiny. And because of their cooling and calming effect, they are excellent at calming stressed or sunburned skin and reviving puffy, dark under eyes – simply apply fresh sliced cucumber to soothe the affected area. Tip: To brew strong green tea, use twice the amount of tea (or two tea bags), but do not over steep.
