 Carrot   Cupcakes Everyone seems to love Carrot Cake,  what I also like about them is how wonderfully moist they are and how flavorful they taste. I love this Carrot Cupcake recipe because it's so easy to make. No mixer is required. The time consuming part is the grating of the fresh carrots. I have included applesauce in the cupcake batter which, along with the oil, makes these cupcakes so moist. But, if you like, you could use an equal amount of grated apple or even crushed pineapple. You can also add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of currants or raisins to the batter. Carrot Cakes became popular with the health food craze of the 1970s. NOTE: I have used regular normal water since now it is winter,
but all detox water should be cold, or keep it in fridge overnight.

Ingredients
  • Ice water/ Normal water - 1 glass
  • Kiwi - 2
  • Cucumber slice - 3 to 5 
  • Brown sugar -1 tsp
  • Mint leaves -  3 
Instructions
  1.  Place the kiwi, cucumber,brown sugar and 1 glass of water in a blender and puree until smooth, about 3-4minutes. 
  2. Let it set for 5 minutes at lease. OR keep it in the fridge overnight.
  3. Shake well while drinking it.
  4. Enjoy.

Into blender. 

With 1 tsp of brown sugar.

Add in water.

Spin well for few min.

Serve wit kiwi slices!
