Ingredients
- Flax seeds - 1/2 cup
- Dry chillies - 5
- Curry leaves - 2 strings
- Pink salt - 1/2 tsp
Instructions
- In a heavy bottom pan add 1/2 cup of flax seeds and dry roast them until they pop up little.
- Add in dry chillies as per your spice taste and 1/2 tsp of salt.
- Add in curry leaves and roast all until they turn aromatic and crispy.
- Cool them and take into mixy and grind them until they are coarse/ finely powder.
- Allow the powder to cool completely and store in any airtight jars.
- This goes upto 2 weeks and you can keep it in fridge too for nearly 1 month.
