Buldak Spicy Chicken Instant Noodles Buldak or fire chicken is a heavily spiced, barbecued chicken dish. The literal meaning of the name is "fire chicken", where bul means "fire" and dak translates to "chicken." Buldak-bokkeum-myeon is considered one of the spiciest ramyeon available in the Korean marke To serve, we garnished the noodles with the included packet of flakes, which is comprised of chopped nori and sesame seeds.  The spicy sauce is incredibly inviting at first glance. Its fiery red hue coats the noodles in the most perfect way, and you can’t help but stick your face into the rising steam to take a whiff. That’s when you realize you’re in for a shocker; it’s nearly a choking hazard.
