Carrot Cupcakes Everyone seems to love Carrot Cake, what I also like about them is how wonderfully moist they are and how flavorful they taste. I love this Carrot Cupcake recipe because it's so easy to make. No mixer is required. The time consuming part is the grating of the fresh carrots. I have included applesauce in the cupcake batter which, along with the oil, makes these cupcakes so moist. But, if you like, you could use an equal amount of grated apple or even crushed pineapple. You can also add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of currants or raisins to the batter. Carrot Cakes became popular with the health food craze of the 1970s. People like me hate drinking water but which is completely bad for the body, reason why I hate drinking water is -plain and boring so i came out with different Detox so that i can drink good amount of water, Detox are really good for hair, skin and it cleans are blood by removing impurity.
This version is very British – the flavour combination of strawberry, cucumber and mint inspired by garden parties and jugs of Pimms cocktails – though there’s no alcohol involved in this one of course! Both my husband and my daughter like this recipe and I particularly like the mint flavour that cuts through – very refreshing on a hot summers day, if the sunshine ever decides to come back again!
So what’s special about water? If you are like me and a lot of people, even though you know its good for you, you still find drinking a large amount of water each day a real chore. But there really is no reason that drinking water has to be so plain and boring. One great example of making water more tasty and more healthy is simply adding some cucumber in. It’s called infusing, and you’ve probably seen it at a restaurant or in a spa.
There are many benefits of fruit infused water, and cucumber water in particular. Cucumber water is special because besides making it easier to get hydrated, it is great for overall body health in many ways.
NOTE: I have used regular normal water since now it is winter,
