Ingredients
- Water - 1 glass
- Fresh/dried/frozen cranberries - 6 to 7
- Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
- Ginger - 1/2 inch crushed
- Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
- Green tea / Any wild berries tea leaves bag - 1 (optional)
- Raw honey to taste
Instructions
- Add water into it add cranberries, cinnamon, lemon juice and Crushed/grated ginger, boil them well. Turn off the flame.
- Now add Green tea 1/2 tsp or bag or any flavored green tea bag and steep for 5mins and mix well with raw honey as per the taste.
- Serve warm.
- Have this tea 2-3 times a day after meals.
