Ingredients
- Water - 1/4 glass
- Beetroot(cooked) - 1 small size
- Apple - 1
- Fresh/dry/frozen cranberries - 6 to 7
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp
- Chia seeds - 1 tsp
Instructions
- Add beetroots into a pot and add water and cook only for 2 mins.
- Add this cooked beet into blender when it becomes warm, add apples, cranberry and brown sugar.
- Blend all well with little cooked beet water, blend until smooth and pour into glass.
- Add chia seeds and serve.
- Enjoy.
