Ingredients
- Water - 1 glass
- Fresh pomegranate seeds - 1/4 cup
- Pomegranate juice crushed -1/2 glass
- Green tea powder - 1tsp
- Raw honey to taste
- Iced lemon - 3 cubes
Instructions
- Add water into an pan bring it to boil, then add 1/4cup of pomegranate seeds and boil again.
- Now add Green tea 1 tsp, steep for 5mins and add crushed pomegranate juice and turn off the flame.
- Add iced lemon into serving glass, add the tea, with 1 tsp of honey and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve either cold or warm.
- Have this tea 2-3 times a day after meals.
