Ingredients
- Water - 1 glass
- Dry Ginger powder - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Raw honey to taste
Instructions
- Add water into an pan bring it to boil, then add 1 tsp of Ginger powder, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- Boil the tea well and strain the tea, add honey when it turns warm.
- Serve warm
- Have this tea 2-3 times a day after meals.
