Oats Smoothie
- Old fashion rolled oats / instant oats
- Dates 5 - 6 (deseed)
- Frozen banana - 1
- Amla - 1
- Cinnamon powder - pinch
- Flax seed - 1 tsp
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Soak the old fashion rolled oats or instant oats with deseed dates in half cup of water for 2 hours .
- Now in a blender add soaked oats with frozen banana, amla,pinch of cinnamon powder , 1 tsp of flax seed and vanilla extract into smooth texture.
- Pour the smoothie in serving cup and garnish with Crushed cashews.
- Enjoy!
Add old fashion rolled oats / instand oats with 6 dates with half cup of water for 2 hrs |
Add into a blender |
Add frozen banana |
Add amla |
Add pinch of cinnamon powder |
Add 1 tsp of flax seed |
Finally vanilla extract |
then blend into smooth texture |
