Ingredients
- 1 Large Carrot,chopped
- 1 Banana, peeled sliced and frozen
- 1 Orange, peeled
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 1/2 cup of cold water
- Grated carrot (optional topping)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glass and add any optional toppings.
- Serve. WITH honey or brown sugar.
