- Poduthalai Powder - 1 tsp
- Honey - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 glasss
- In a pan add 1 glass of water and brink it to boil
- In the glass add hot water to it add poduthalai powder and mix well.
- Finally add 2 tsp of honey and mix.
- Serve hot.
