I love this Carrot Cupcake recipe because it's so easy to make. No mixer is required. The time consuming part is the grating of the fresh carrots. I have included applesauce in the cupcake batter which, along with the oil, makes these cupcakes so moist. But, if you like, you could use an equal amount of grated apple or even crushed pineapple. Cake Popsicles are decadent little bites of delicious cake truffle dipped in chocolate, decorated and presented on a lollipop stick. Each cake pop is individually rolled and decorated by hand. 

They can be stylishly displayed  to grace a dessert buffet at any party, birthday, wedding, baby shower or christening, they can be individually wrapped as favours for guests or presented as a cake pop bouquet or gift boxed as a treat for someone special.  Flavours, colours and decorations are limited only by your imagination……………………

Cake Popsicles are decadent little bites of delicious cake truffle dipped in chocolate, decorated and presented on a lollipop stick.

Ingredients:
  • Any left over cake (crumble)
  • Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
  • Coco powder - 2 tsp
  • D ark chocolate - 4 pieces 
  • Milk / water - 1/2 cup
  • Sprinkles - As per decor
  • Lollipop stick - 12
Instructions:
  • In a bowl add left over cakes, crumble them by your hands or add them in mixy and grind them finely.
  • Add them into bowl and add 4 tsp of condensed milk and mix, don't add more of milk add as per required until it form a dough and hold shape.
  • Make required shapes like round, heart, rectangle as per need. I made it in Round shape. And keep then in fridge for 1 hr.
  • Now dip the lollipop stick into condensed milk and pock them into cake balls.
  • Now in sauce pan add 2 tsp of coco powder, 3 tsp of condensed milk, 4 pieces of dark chocolate and add 1/2 cup of milk / water and mix will. Cook them in low flame until all combines and form thick chocolate ganache. Pour the chocolate ganache into tall glass.
  • Dip each cake popsicle into chocolate ganache and tap slowly to remove the excess chocolate ganache. Add sprinkles, repeat for all popsicles.
  • Keep the in fridge for 1 hr and let it set completely.
  • Serve it!!

keep them in fridge for 1 her to set 

in a sauce pan add 2 tsp of coco powder 

then condensed milk

dark chocolate pieces 

water / milk 1/2 cup

mix all well 

cook them in low flame for 1 min until it forms thick chocolate ganache

pour them into tall glass while it is hot

dip each balls into ganache 

tap to remove excess

add the sprinkles

keep it in glass  and keep them in fridge for 1 hr to set
