Ingredients
- Soaked overnight Green moong dal - 1/2 cup
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli - 2
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - handfull
- Salt as per taste
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
Instructions
- Soak the Moong dal over night.
- In pressure cooker add 1/2 cup soakedMoong dal, add roughly tomato and onions and green chilli, Turmeric powder and salt. Add water and cook for 2 whistle.
- Remove the steam and mash the dal well.
- Now in a pan add oil and add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds and curry leaves. Add this tempering to the mashed dal and mix well.
- Serve hot.
