Moong Dal Microgreen Omlet Burger

Ingredients:
- Moong dal microgreen leaves- handful
- Burger buns -2
- Eggs - 2
- Cabbage - finely chopped
- Onion finely chopped -1
- Green chilli - 3
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Instructions:
- Cut the Moong dal microgreen leaves from the plant and wash it well and chop it. Then chop the required cabbage, onion and green chilli.
- In a bowl and 2 eggs and add all chopped items with little pepper and salt as per taste. Now mix all well, pour it into hot pan and fry, flip over and cook for few min and remove from the pan.
- Cut the burger buns into half, apply butter on it and toast it on pan lightly.
- Place the omlet on the burger and cover it with other and serve hot.
- Enjoy.
