Carrot Cupcakes Everyone seems to love Carrot Cake, what I also like about them is how wonderfully moist they are and how flavorful they taste. This deep fried snack is also made on a special acchu or press, however you can make this with a comb as the snack name says. Seepu means Comb in tamil and when the mold is not handy, a comb is used. It goes without saying that a new comb is used!
The taste was very good and even the barely there meeting shape, the snack got over.
I have coated this seedai with powdered sugar, for krishna jayananthi.
I really like the coconut milk flavor in it. Making seepu seedai at home is time consuming and you need little patience to make it. Kids will surely enjoy this snack by wearing them on their fingers before they munch it.
Lets cook with step-by-step pictures.
