Ingredients:
- Almond flour - 1 cup
- Honey - 1/2 cup
- Eggs - 2
- Lemon zest - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Vanilla extract -1 tbsp
METHOD :
- Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
- Add 1/2 cup of honey into it.
- Now add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
- With 1/2 tsp of baking soda and grate lemon skin(zest) little.
- And finally add 1 cup of powdered almond powder and mix all well.
- Place a butter paper into baking tin and pour the cake batter into.
- Place it into a pre-heated oven(180) or cooker or pan for 10min.
- After pre heated place this cake tin and bake it for 30 mins, if your baking in oven please have a look for temperature, because each oven will differ in temperature.
- After baking for 30mins, place a knife into the cake and check if it comes out clear, once cool down store in air tight jars, this will remain fresh for 3 days.
